Ploiesti West Park (PWP) is one of the largest industrial parks in south-eastern Europe, located west of Ploiesti, in the commune of Aricestii Rahtivani and the village of Buda. and DJ101L, with easy acces.

The park is located between the national road DN72 (Ploiesti-Targoviste)

s to DN1/the western belt of the city of Ploiesti (6 km) and the A3 Ploiesti-Bucuresti highway (9 km). The park is located 11 km from the center of Ploiești. Access is from DN72, via Bruxelles Street. The project was born in 2008 through the investment and vision of the Belgian Alinso Group. 

The modern Ploiesti West Park (PWP) project, with storage and production spaces, extends over 300 hectares, including rented industrial halls, BTS buildings, major occupiers and sites available for sale. The park includes major occupiers from the oil and gas, manufacturing and automotive as well as logistics sectors such as Unilever, BAT, Federal Mogul, General Electric, Rockwool, Coba, Saipem, Schlumberger, Toro, etc.     

 ELECTRIC ENERGY AND NATURAL GAS

Ploiesti West Park (PWP), through the management entity Allianso Park Management (APM), is an authorized distributor of electricity, through ANRE distribution license no. 1089 of 21.06.2012 (updated on 30.05.2023) and supplier of natural gas through ANRE supply license no. 1883 of 20.11.2013.

Within the park are located four photovoltaic plants with a total power of 16 MW, of which 11 MW obtained through panels mounted on the ground, and 5 MW through panels mounted on buildings, thus transforming Ploiesti West Park (PWP) into an important player on the Romanian energy market.

The electrical network within Ploiesti West Park (PWP), managed by Allianso Park Management (APM), is composed of the following elements:

•  5 connection points 20/20 kV with concrete casing 
• 13 junior connection points 20/20 kV manufactured by Siemens or ABB
• 25 transformer stations with nominal powers between 63 kVA and 2000 kVA
• 32 underground electric lines (LES) 20 kV with starting lengths from 0.1 km to 4.9 km
• external 110 kV electrical station which includes:
  • two fully equipped 110 kV transformer cells, each with a three-pole switch and two 110 kV three-pole separators, connected to the 110 kV busbar of the Connection Station Aricesti made by Allianso Business Park and handed over to DEER MN Ploiesti Branch
  • 110/20 kV transformer station equipped with two power transformers 110/20 kV / 2x40 MVA, 20 kV connection station with simple sectioned busbar with circuit breaker, own direct current and alternating current services, neutral treatment group, protection cabinets and automation, grounding installation and lightning arrester.
  • 20/20 kV electrical station in which the following 20 kV cells are installed in the connection room:
    • 16 line cells
    • two transformer cells 110/20 kV - 40 MVA
    • two transformer cells for own services 20/0.4 kV - 160 kVA
    • two measuring cells
    • a longitudinal coupling cell with switch
    •  a longitudinal coupling cell with separator
