In 2010, Lufkin acquires a plot of land of 33 ha in PWP Bucharest North to develop a reference production project in SE Europe.  Headquartered in Lufkin, Texas, Lufkin Industries, Inc. is a dynamic, energy-focused company operating in the Oilfield and Power Transmission segments.

The building is a built to suit project, designed and built in 2013 by Alinso Group.
