In 2012 Alinso Group developed on a plot of 35.000 m² a built to suite project for COFICAB, leading global partner in the design, manufacturing, and sales of automotive cables and wires. COFICAB, a member of Elloumi Group, has  over 3000 employees spread over 20 locations in 11 countries.
