The building is a built to suit project, designed and built by Alinso Group in 2016. Coba Automotive acquired the plot of land of 9.000 m² in PWP Bucharest North to develop by Alinso a production facility for automotive parts. Coba Automotive is part of COBA International Limited headquartered in the UK.  The automotive industry has steered Coba for more than 50 years. Founded in 1966, Coba today employs over 900 people operating  in seven countries.
