On Friday 7th of October 2022 Alinso Group acquired Bemar. With this Alinso Group increases its real estate portfolio South of Ghent. It has a surface of around 25.000 m² and includes a semi industrial site with 8.900m² of warehouses and 4.400 m² of offices, leased to around 20 tenants.
